STEp 2: Onboarding & Testing

we will set you up on our training app & you will complete some baseline sessions to see where YOU'RE at right now (this will help create the perfect program for you!)

STEp 3: Complete the program

complete a personalised, evidence-based Functional program taoilored to your goals, niggles, and lifestyle.

Plus guidance as needed from a physiotherapist.

  • Whatever you have! We pride ourselves on being adaptable to your settings, so we create program plans that work for you.

    We occasionally recommend specific equipment for certain situations (such as rehab specific plans).

  • Absolutely not! We work with all kinds of adventurers with all different goals. If you have a new injury, a diagnosis can help, but we will guide you in the right direction if needed.

    And remember we will not work with you if we are not the right fit - and we will tell you this from the start!
