have a 15-min chat with a rehab specialist so we can make sure you are a good fit for the program.
STEp 2: Onboarding & Testing
If we are a good fit, we will set you up on our training app and complete some testing to check your baseline (this will help create the perfect program for you!)
STEp 3: Complete the program
complete a personalised, evidence-based exercise program taoilored to your Pain & problems - just three 30 min sessions per week!
Plus guidance as needed from a physiotherapist.
STEp 4: BUILD STRENGTH & CONFIDENCE BACK
Start to feel your pain Reduce, mobility return and confidence in your body increase as you progress through the 12 week program 🚀
