Step 3: complete the program
complete a personalised, evidence-based exercise program taoilored to your OA diagnosis - just 3x 30 min sessions per week!
Created and implemented by a physiotherapist, on a training app, with guidance as needed from a physiotherapist.
Step 4: Long term management
LEarn to manage your OA diagnosis, avoid flare-ups in the future, and continue to build strong resilient joints so you can keep living the life you want to (not a life restricted by joint pain).
